Profile

Since around 1989, I have been engaged in DTP production of dealer training manuals using Macintosh computers from Apple Computer Japan (now Apple).

From around 1990, I was involved in the design and development of television programs and presentation systems utilizing computers. Subsequently, I handled numerous projects for public facilities such as museums, science centers, and art museums, including the planning, design, and production of games, information search systems, presentation systems combining video and audio, and CD-ROM content.

I also took charge of planning, design, and production of e-learning content for NHK, NHK-related companies, and public institutions. Later, in the web and mobile app fields, I experienced a wide range of tasks including consulting, content design, UI/UX and interface design, scenario creation, and copywriting.

In recent years, I have been involved in UX/UI design and specification design for smart systems integrated with IoT devices, and currently focus on consulting, planning, UI/UX design, specification design, development direction, and project management in web, app, and IoT-related system development projects.

Furthermore, since around 2022, I have also participated in SaaS application development for B2B and B2B2C, handling UI/UX design, interface design, requirements definition, and basic design.

PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS

Over approximately 30 years, I have participated in venture companies from their startup phase, contributing to project management, corporate management, and organizational expansion (from 3 founding members to a scale of 45 people) as a director and COO.

I have experience as a general director managing entire projects with over 60 people and site scales exceeding 2,400 pages, while also serving as the person responsible for information architecture and UI/UX design. I have promoted projects of various scales from small to large.

Additionally, I have participated as PM/PMO in diverse projects beyond websites, including smartphone apps, custom PC applications, applications integrated with video, audio, and IoT devices, and program production, video production, and audio production. My strength lies in being able to leverage the knowledge gained across these fields in a cross-functional manner.

I have extensive practical experience through all processes, from extracting client requirements and issues through consulting, to requirements definition, information architecture, and development/testing direction.

Based on my knowledge of systems and programming, I formulate basic specification designs and development policies through discussions with development members. Leveraging my background as a designer, I can consistently drive forward from organizing basic UX concepts to art direction, UI design, and establishing design rules.

Through these diverse roles and experiences, I possess comprehensive management capabilities with a bird's-eye view of entire projects and high execution capabilities, particularly specializing in requirements and issue organization, requirements definition, information architecture (IA), UI/UX design, specification design, and project management.
